The Bulgarian Broadcaster, BNT have begun their search to find who will represent them at Eurovision 2017. The call out asks for co-producers and labels to submit projects, featuring a comprehensive proposal.
The proposals need to include a song demo, the proposed artist or artists, plus a concept of what the stage presentation would be at Eurovision. The proposal must also include a draft for the budget and the partial funding that the company or production team is ready to invest.
Here are the requirements:

For the co-producers/labels: at least 3 projects must be produced in the previous 2 years. They should have experience in artists management, backed with a presentation

For the artists: the artists must have Bulgarian citizenship, proven stage experience, especially in regards to live performances. Should include a biography and photos.

For the song: the song must comply to the Eurovision rules, and at least some Bulgarian involvement with the production of the song. The audio submission should be done in .wav or mp3 format.

For the stage concept: the proposal should feature a short description of the staging of the song, including some visual examples in the form of videos, photos, story boards as well as ideas about the artists on stage, their costumes, choreography and the LED background.
